Biography

Eric Johnson is one of the world's premier guitarists. His song "Cliffs of Dover" won a Grammy in 1990 for Best Rock Instrumental, and his "400-lb. violin" guitar tone is one of the most sought-after tones in the business. He holds the distinction of being the only artist to have three instrumentals from one album (Ah Via Musicom) reach the Top 10 in any format. His newest album is titled Up Close.
